It's the hardest thing in the world to find, yet the easiest to lose. The last place anyone ever looks is within themselves. Everyone expects it to arrive out of thin air, or maybe someone who's winning will rub off on them and they'll start to win too. That's a bad attitude. The only way to find motivation is to search within yourself and dig deep. It's inside all of us just waiting to be nourished and used.
The only thing harder than finding motivation, is keeping it. It won't come easy – nothing ever does. You have to structure your world around motivation. Build your life the way you want it to be. Tailor your body to what you always knew was waiting dormant inside of you. The only way to stay motivated is to see results, see your accomplishments in front of you. What's better than looking in a mirror and liking what you see?
Don't let it grow stale. Don't wait for the right moment. The moment is now. Not tomorrow, not next week, but today. If you let the moment pass, you may lose it forever. See who you want to be, envision achieving your goals, align yourself with like minded people who strive to better themselves, and soon you will too. Use your motivation, don't waste it.
